Government of Punjab Department of Industries and Commerce (Policy Implementation Unit) Notification No. PIU/IBDP-2017/Notification/2021/ Jo2 2 Dated: 27—07— 202] Keeping in view, the hardships faced by the Industries during the Covid times in the year 2020 and 2021, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to make following relaxations in the Detailed Schemes & Operational Guidelines, 2018 notified on 07.08.2018: - 1. The units undertaking Fixed Capital Investment in phased manner in terms of clause 5.7 of Chapter - 5 of Detailed Schemes & Operational Guidelines, 2018 are given additional period of 1 year from the date of this notification to complete their phase wise investment as per their respective category of Investment in clause 5.7 of Chapter 5 of Detailed Schemes & Operational Guidelines, 2018. 2. The MSME units are allowed to obtain ZED certification as per clause 6.4 (xi) of Chapter — 6 of Detailed Schemes & Operational Guidelines, 2018 within a period of 3 years from the date of this notification or the relaunch of ZED Scheme by Government of India whichever is later.
