No. 55, Dated 25th November, 2021-- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 9 of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (12 of 2017), the Government of Jharkhand, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of Jharkhand in the Commercial Taxes Department, No.4/2017- State Tax (Rate), dated the 29th June, 2017, published in the Gazette of Jharkhand, Extraordinary, vide S.O. No. 34, dated the 29th June, 2017, namely:- In the said notification, in the Table, after S. No. 3 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and the entries shall be inserted, namely: - " 3A. 33012400, Following essential oils other than those of citrus fruit namely: - a. Of peppermint (Menthapiperita); Any Unregistered Person Any Registered Person"; No. 578 Jharkhand Gazette (Extraordinary), Monday, 29th Novembar, 2021 2. No. 34, dated the 29th June, 2017 and was last amended by Notification No. 11/2018- State Tax(Rate) dated 13th June, 2018, published in the Gazette of Jharkhand, Extraordinary, vide S.O.
