GOVERNMENT OF PUNJAB DEPARTMENT OF DEFENCE SERVICES WELFARE (DEFENCE WELFARE BRANCH) Notification No. 1413/2015-3DSW578654/1- In e namely :- (a) These Regulations may be called the Punjab Ex-Servicemen Corporation (General and Expendituie) (First Amendment)' Regulations' 2015' (b) They shall come into force with effect from 01 September' 2015' 1992, the existing Regulation 4(1) shall be substituted as follows:- negutationl ;- artile of OeaO'siock, siationery or stores involving total expenditure of more than 10.000/- rupees In any one instance may be purchased by or on behalf of the Corporation unless :- suppliers o, tontt""to|.t involvinl total expenditure up to Rs 50'000/- in any one instance; (iD The purchase is made by the spot purchase committee .constituted amongst tn" otric"ii-ot the corporation by the Managing_Director for the total exoenditure exceeding Rs 50,000/- but not exceeding Rs 2lac in any one instance; (iii) Tenders therefore have been called through Public Notice for the exoenditure exceeding Rs 2 lac in any one Inslance; or b) Market survey should not be on line, it should be throughopen market before on line ourchase through internet in case of branded products of dead stock or stores as Per comPetitive rates' Secretary, Department of Defence Services Welfare, Punjab
