(EXTRA.), FEB. 6, 2024 (MAGH. 17, 1945 SAKA) HARYANA GOVERNMENT EXCISE AND TAXATION DEPARTMENT Notification The 6th February 2024 No. 04/19290-ET-4-2023/600.— In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) of Section 57 of the Haryana Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Act 6 of 2003), (hereinafter called the said Act) read with clause (i) of sub section (1) and clause (f) of sub section (2) of section 174 of Haryana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (19 of 2017), the Governor of Haryana hereby appoints Justice Harnaresh Singh Gill (Retired) R/o House No. 2217, Sector 21-C, Chandigarh, to be the Chairman, Smt. Anju Goyal, Chartered Accountant, R/o H. No. 154, Sector-7, Panchkula-134109 (Haryana) and Sh. Sachin Jain, Advocate R/o #141/9, Ganga Bagh, Hansi – 125033, District Hisar, Haryana to be members of the Haryana Tax Tribunal with immediate effect for the purpose of performing the functions and exercising the powers of the Tribunal under the said Act and makes the following amendment in the Haryana Government, Excise and Taxation Department, Notification No. S.O. 78/H.A. 6/2003/S. 57/2003, dated the 15th May, 2003, namely :- Amendment In the Haryana Government, Excise and Taxation Department, Notification No. S.O. 78/H.A. 6/2003/ S. 57/2003, dated the 15th May, 2003, against serial number 1, for items (1), (2) and (3) and entries thereagainst, the following items and entries there against shall be substituted, namely :- (1) Justice Harnaresh Singh Gill (Retired) : Chairman (2) Smt. Anju Goyal, Chartered Accountant : Member (3) Sh. Sachin Jain, Advocate : Member DEVINDER SINGH KALYAN, Principal Secretary to Government Haryana, Excise and Taxation Department.
