The Punjab Liquor Permit and Pass (Haryana Amendment) Rules, 2023.

(EXTRA.), JUNE 9, 2023 (JYST. 19, 1945 SAKA) HARYANA GOVERNMENT EXCISE AND TAXATION DEPARTMENT Notification The 9th June, 2023 No. 21/X-l/ P.A. 1/1914/Ss. 18, 34 and 59/2023.— In exercise of the powers conferred under sections 18, 34 and 59 of the Haryana Excise Act, 1914 (Punjab Act 1 of 1914), and with reference to the Haryana Government, Excise and Taxation Department, notification No. 55/X-1/P.A.1/1914/S.9/2022, dated the 6th September, 2022, I, Ashok Kumar Meena, Excise Commissioner, Haryana, hereby make the following rules further to amend the Punjab Liquor Permit and Pass Rules, 1932, in their application to the State of Haryana, namely :- 1. (1) These rules may be called the Punjab Liquor Permit and Pass (Haryana Amendment) Rules, 2023. (2) They shall come into force with effect from the 12th day of June, 2023. 2. In the Punjab Liquor Permit and Pass Rules, 1932, in rule 2, in clause (a), for the existing second proviso, the following proviso shall be substituted, namely:- “Provided further that the licensee shall pay permit fee for the purchase of liquor on the following rates: - Serial number Type of Liquor Rates “1. Indian Made Foreign Spirit 3.1 Brands with Ex-Distillery Issue Price from ₹1051 upto ₹1200 per Case ₹13 Per Proof Litre 3.2 Brands with Ex-Distillery Issue Price from ₹1201 upto ₹1400 per Case ₹13 Per Proof Litre 3.3 Brands with Ex-Distillery Issue Price from ₹1401 upto ₹1600 per Case ₹13 Per Proof Litre 3.4 Brands with Ex-Distillery Issue Price from ₹1601 upto ₹2500 per Case ₹13 Per Proof Litre 3.5 Brands with Ex-Distillery Issue Price from ₹2501 upto ₹3500 per Case ₹13 Per Proof Litre 3.6 Brands with Ex-Distillery Issue Price from ₹3501 upto ₹5000 per Case ₹13 Per Proof Litre 3.7 Brands with Ex-Distillery Issue Price from ₹5001 upto ₹7000 per Case ₹13 Per Proof Litre 3.8 Brands with Ex-Distillery Issue Price from ₹7001 and above per Case 4.
