UTTAR PRADESH SHASAN STAMP EVAM REGISTRATION ANUBHAG-1 In pursuance of provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of Notification no. 19/2024/1700/94-1-2024-312 (25)/2022 dated 18 November, 2024: Notification No. 19/2024/1700/94-1-2024-312(25)/2022 Lucknow; Dated : 18 November, 2024 In exercise of the powers under sections 5 and 7 of the Registration Act, 1908 (Act no. 16 of 1908), as amended in its application to the State of Uttar Pradesh, read with section 21 of the General Clauses Act, 1897 (Act no. 10 of 1897), the Governor, with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the official Gazette, is pleased to make the following amendment in Government notification no. 10/2022/285/94-1-2022-312(25)/ 2022 dated 29 July, 2022, as amended from time to time: AMENDMENT In the Schedule to the aforesaid notification, after serial number 21 and entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries relating thereto shall column-wise be inserted, namely:- 22 Lucknow Sarojini Nagar-First Sarojini Nagar-Second By order, Leena Johri Pramukh Sachiv.
