Before participating in the public auction, the participant/intended bidder will have to deposit earmest money of Rs 2000/- in cash or demand draft of schedule bank in favour of Commiussioner, Department of Trade & Taxes payable at Delhi. 4. Ihe public auction will be held on 15/04/2021 at 11:00 AM in the presence of participant/intended bidders. 5. Oo conditional offer shall be accepted. The highe | ' ighest bidder will have to submit proof of his/her identity (Copy of Aadhar Card/Voter Card r any other authentic proof) on the day of auction. Highest bidder will have to deposit 50% of the bid amount offered by him/them at the time of open bid auction through cheque in favour of Commissioner, Trade & Taxes, Delhi. The successful bidder will have to deposit the Entire Bid Amount Through “Demand Draft” of schedule banks in favour of “Commissioner, Trade & Taxes, Delhi” payable at Delhi. The successful bidder will have to remove the unserviceable/rusted/broken/mangled/scraped items at his own cost within 5 days after depositing the entire bid amount. The earnest money of Rs 2000/- will be returned on the same day to the unsuccessful bidders after closing the public auction. Other terms & condition shall be declared at the time of open spot auction. The auction committee/Team reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid without assigning the reason. lf the highest bidder(s) failed to deposit the requisite bids amount at any stage, the earnest money shall be forfeited.
