NOTIFICATION No. 1850 /9-6-2019-06CV/2005 Lucknow : Dated: {O December, 2019 Whereas Government notification no-2712/9-6-2016-06CB/2005, dated December 13, 2016 was published to invite objections and suggestion on the proposal for including the areas specified in the Schedule-l below in the smaller urban area of Municipal Council Konch, District. Jalaun as required under sub-section-(1) of section 4 of the Uttar Pradesh Municipalities Act, 1916( U.P.Act.no.-Il of 1916) ; And whereas no objection or suggestion has been received within the stipulated period. Now, Therefore, in exercise of the powers under clause (2) of Article 243-Q of the Constitution read with sub-section (2) of section 3 of the Uttar Pradesh Municipalities Act, 1916 (U.P.Act no.2 of 1916). the Governor is pleased to include the area specified in Schedule-1 below in the smaller urban area of Municipal Council Konch district Jalaun for the purposes of Part IX-A of the Constitution and is further pleased to notify under clause (d) of ‘Article 243-P of the Constitution that the area specified in Schedule-2 below shall be the territorial area of the said Muncipal Council, Konch district Jalaun with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Gazette.
