Short title and commencement-This shall be called Jharkhand State 1:loctricity Regulatory Commission (Miscellaneous Provisions) Third Amendment Order, 2007. 2. They shall come into force from the date of publication in official gazette. 3. They extend to the State of Jharkhand. 4. The words and expressions occurring in this Order and not specially defined horein shall bear the meaning as in the El~ctricity Act, 2003. 5.
