No. F-A 3-22-2020-1-V (48).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 15 of the Madhya Pradesh Motor Spirit Upkar Adhiniyam, 2018 (No. 11 of 2018) the State Government hereby makes a Win art | are, feat 4 faarae 2020 Heme WI & A A AM SMTA, Bhopal, the 4" September 2020 the following amendments in the Madhya Pradesh Motor Spirit Upkar niyam, 2018, namely:— AMENDMENT In the said rules,- 1. in rule 3,-_ (1) in sub-rule (1), for the figure "10" the figure "6" shall be substituted; (2) for sub-rule (2), the following sub-rule shall be substituted, namely :- “(2) subject to the conditions specified, no cess shall be payable on the turnover of sale of Motor spirit by any of the oil companies, as may be notified by the State Government, when such sale is made to any other uch notified oil company (hereinafter referred to as the purchasing company) for the. purpose of resale within the State of Madhya Pradesh by the purchasing company. The power to issue notification under this sub rule shall inchide the power to give retrospective effect to such notification from a. date not earlier than the date of commencement of these Rules.” 2.
