EXTRAORDINARY PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 134] NEW DELHI, THURSDAY, MARCH 12, 2015/PHALGUNA 21, 1936 MINISTRY OF CHEMICALS AND FERTILIZERS (Department of Chemicals and Petrochemicals) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 12th March, 2015 G.S.R. 180(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 6 of the Bhopal Gas Leak Disaster (Processing of Claims) Act, 1985 (21 of 1985), the Central Government hereby extends the tenure of Shri Justice Rajendra Menon, a sitting Judge of the High Court of Madhya Pradesh to hold concurrent charge of the post of Commissioner for the Welfare of the Victims of Bhopal Gas Leak Disaster, for a period of one year with effect from 25.11.2014 or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
