No. 67, Dated 04th September, 2020- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Ordinance, 2020 (hereinafter referred to as the said Ordinance), the Government of Jharkhand hereby appoints the 30th day of June, 2020, as the date on which the provisions of sections 2 and 12 of the said Ordinance, shall come into force. 2. This notification shall be deemed to be effective from the 30th June, 2020.
