The matter regarding revised notification under Section-1, Sub Section (2) of the PMDA Act has been examined by the Government and clarified that the notification dated 11.10.2021 of PMDA in which the date of applicability was notified with effect from 09.09.2021 from which S ection 15 of PMDA Act shall come into force, found in order.
