L.-33004/99 EXTRAORDINARY PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 1757] NEW DELHI, THURSDAY, JUNE 22, 2017/ASADHA 1, 1939 [Qk-la- 26&3@2013&MhMh&III] MINISTRY OF SOCIAL JUSTICE AND EMPOWERMENT Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities NOTIFICATION New Delhi, 22 nd June, 2017 S.O. 1976(E).--In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 3 of the National Trust for Welfare of Persons with Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Mental Retardation and Multiple Disabilities Act, 1999 (44 of 1999), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment number S.O.881 (E) dated the 22 nd September, 2000 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, section 3, sub-section (ii), dated the 25 th September, 2000, namely:- In the said notification, for serial numbers 2 to 4 and the entries related thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:- ―2. Shri Guriqbal Singh Bedi Member Autism India Today (Representative from Voluntary Patiala, Punjab Organisation – Autism) 3. Ms. Seema Tuli Member Amar Jyoti Rehabilitation (Representative of Voluntary and Research Centre, Delhi Organisation – Cerebral Palsy) 4. Shri Pushp Pal Singh Member Pooja Sewa Sansthan (Representative from Voluntary DOLLY CHAKRABARTY, Jt. Secy. Note: The principle notification was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, section 3, sub-section (ii) vide number S.O.881(E), dated the 22 nd September, 2000 and lastly amended vide notification number S.O.3004(E), dated the 20 th September, 2016. and Published by the Controller of Publications, Delhi-110054.
