M-52/L11-4-2021-13(H)-2017, dated December 24, 2021 : No. M-52/L11-4-2021-13(H)-2017 Dated Lucknow, December 24, 2021 IN exercise of powers under section 18 of the Haj Committee Act, 2002 with section 21 of the Uttar Pradesh General Classes Act, 1904 (U.P. Act no. 10 of 1904) and after due consideration, the Governor is pleased to make the following amendment in notification no. H'S].”SLA-. 2021-13(H)/2017, dated 10-09-2021 issued regarding nomination of members in Uttar Pradcsh‘ Haj Committee established under section 17 of the aforesaid Act. In the aforesaid notification, for entries at serial no. | to 14, the following entries shall be substituted, namely :- (1) Shri Syed Zafar Islam, Member of Parliament, Rajya Sabha. (2) Shri Mohsin Raza, Member, Legislative Council. (3) Mr. Shaukat Ali, Councillor, Meerut. - (4) Shri Faisal Ali Khan, Councillor, Lucknow. (5) Shri Maulana Waqar Haider, Shia religious leader, Azamgarh. (6) Mr. Amanullah, Muslim legal expert, Mirzapur. (7) Mr. Maulana Hafiz Mohd. Javed, theologian, Jhansi. (8) Shri Sarfaraz Ali, Social Worker, Noida. (9) Mr. Mohd. Iftakhar Hussain, Social Worker, Gorakhpur. (10) Dr. Syed Ehtesham Ul Huda, Social Worker, Bareilly. (11) Shri Sarwar Siddiqui, Social Worker, Bhadohi. (12) Mr. Syed Kalbe Hussain (Qabban Navab) Social Worker, Lucknow. (13) Chairman, Uttar Pradesh Shiya Centraj Waqf Board, Lucknow.
