(EXTRA.), NOV. 4, 2020 (KRTK. 13, 1942 SAKA) 2367 HARYANA GOVERNMENT ANIMAL HUSBANDRY & DAIRYING DEPARTMENT Notification The 4th November, 2020 ONE TIME SETTLEMENT SCHEME FOR MILK CESS DUES No. 5218(CFMS)-AH-4-2020/7391.— The Government has decided to extend the One Time Settlement Scheme issued vide No. 4719(CFMS)-AH-4-2019/9114, dated 10th September 2019, upto 30th November, 2020 and 31st December, 2020, in view of COVID–19 situation. After careful consideration of all relevant factors, now, it has been decided that 50% of the amount may be deposited within this extended period upto 30th November, 2020 and balance 50% upto 31st December, 2020. No further representation for extending the time will be entertained thereafter. Rest terms and conditions of One Time Settlement Scheme issued vide No. 4719–CFMS–AH–4–2019/9114 dated 10.09.2019, shall remain the same. DR.
