(TAXES & EXCISE) NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 96 of the Tripura State Goods and Services Tax Act, 2O!7 (Tripura Act No. 9 of 2Ol7) t}:e State Government hereby constitutes an Authority to be known as the Tripura Authorit5r for Advance Ruling consisting of the following members: 1. Shri Suithuifru Mog, TCS, SSG, Additional Commissioner of State Tax, Tripura. 2. Shri Sanjay Kurnar, Additional Commissioner, Central Goods and Services Tax. This is issued in supersession of earlier Notification NO.F.1-11(98)- TAX/GST /20la dated the 17 February, 2O2O, published in the Tlipura Gazette, Extraordinary Issue, vide No.575, dated, the l8th February, 2O2O.
