Che Gazette of India FETETOT EXTRAORDINARY TR &y PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No.3427] NEW DELHI, THURSDAY, AUGUST 10, 2023/SHRAVANA 19, 1945 Ecty ¢ feeft 10 wred, 2023 T AT H, AT - 5165 GU2023 (&) WA TS FATT AT, FFET A MINISTRY OF ENVIRONMENT, FOREST AND CLIMATE CHANGE ORDER New Delhi, the 10th August, 2023 S.0. 3581(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (3) of section 3 of the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 (29 of 1986), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub —section (ii), vide number S.0. 6071 (E ), dated the 27% December, 2022, namely:- In the said notification, in the Table, - (A) In the Hindi version, in column (2) of first row, the words, “T[SIRTd AT ST UeYy WIfebRoT T T 3R Fudb SR is substituted with the word, “Ha®I”. (B) Inboth Hindi and English version, - (a) against serial number 5, in column (2), for the words “Water Resources Department”, the words “Public ‘Works Department” shall be substituted; (b) against serial number 11, in column (2), for the words “Shri Sushant S. Naik”, the words “Dr. Sushant S. Naik” shall be substituted; (c) against serial number 13, in column (2), for the word “Director”, the words “Director and Exofficio Joint Secretary” shall be substituted.
