UTTAR PRADESH SHASAN STAMP EVAM REGISTRATION ANUBHAG-2 In pursuance of provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution of India, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of Notification no. 8/2025/409/94-SR-2-2025 dated 08 April, 2025 : Notification Order No. 8/2025/409/94-SR-2-2025 Lucknow; Dated : 08 April, 2025 In exercise of the powers under clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section 9 of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 (Act no. 2 of 1899) as amended from time to time in its application to the State of Uttar Pradesh, the Governor, under this notification, is pleased to remit the stamp duty payable on the execution of the instrument for transfer of land as equity by the Uttar Pradesh State Industrial Development Authority (U.P.S.I.D.A.) in favour of Special Purpose Vehicle (S.P.V.) incorporated for setting up integrated manufacturing clusters in Agra and Prayagraj district under Amritsar-Kolkata Industrial Corridor Project.
