Uttar Pradesh Shasan In pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no.1965 /9-6-2020-13CV/2008, dated 20 December, 2020 for general information. NOTIFICATION WHERES Governent notification no.3581/1X-6-2016-13C.B./2008 dated 03 January, 2017 was published on the same date to invite objections and suggestions on the proposal for including the area mentioned in Schedule-I in the transitional area Municipal Council Kannauj District Kannauj as required under sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Uttar Pradesh Municipalities Act, 1916 (U.P. Act no.2 of 1916); AND WHEREAS the objections and suggestions received within the stiputated period has been disposed of in Government Order no.1868/1X-6-2019-13 C.V./2008 Dated 10 December, 2019 ; NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers under clause (2) of Article 243-Q of the Constitution read with sub-section (2) of section 3 of the Uttar Pradesh Municipalities Act, 1916 (U.P. Act no.2 of 1916) the Governor is pleased to declare that the area specified in Shedule-I below shall be included in the transitional area of Municipal Council Kannauj, District Kannauj for the purpose of part IX-A of the Constitution of India and is further pleased to notify under clause (d) of Article 243 P of the Constitution that the area sepcified in Schedule Il below shall be the transitional area of the said Municipal Council Kannauj, District Kannauj.
