Haryana Government Gazette Published by Authority © Govt. of Haryana No. 9-2019] CHANDIGARH, TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 26, 2019 (PHALGUNA 7, 1940 SAKA) PART III Notifications by High Court, Advertisement, Notices and Change of Name etc. HARYANA GOVERNMENT HOUSING DEPARTMENT Notification The 14th February, 2019 No. 2/2/2019-2Hg.— In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 74 (d) of the Haryana Housing Board Act, 1971 (Act No. 20 of 1971), the Haryana Housing Board (Recruitment and Conditions of Service of Officers and Employees) Regulations, 2006. In pursuance of Chief Secretary letter No. 62/30/2006-6GS1 dated 24.08.2009, the amendment in Service Rules required is as under:- 1. These regulations may be called the Haryana Housing Board (Recruitment and Conditions of Service of Officers and Employees) (Amendment) Regulations, 2019. 2. In the Haryana Housing Board (Recruitment and Conditions of Service of Officers and Employees) Regulations, 2006 (hereinafter referred to as the said rules), in Appendix-B of the said rules, at Serial No. 17, 18 & 31 for the existing entry, following shall be substituted namely:- (See Regulation 6) Sr. No. Name of Posts Existing qualification in Service Rules of HBH Proposed amendment in qualification prescribed in Service Rules 17 Steno Typist 10+2 pass from a recognized Education Board, knowledge of Hindi upto Matric Standard shorthand speed of 80 words per minute in both English & Hindi and is computer literate with minimum typing speed of 40/30 words per minute in English/Hindi respectively 10+2 pass from a recognized Education Board, knowledge of Hindi/Sanskrit upto Matric Standard. Note: For computer literacy and typing proficiency Regulation 9-A amended vide Government Notification dated 27.03.2018 would be applicable. HARYANA GOVT. Note: For computer literacy and typing proficiency Regulation 9-A amended vide Government Notification dated 27.03.2018 would be applicable. 31 ADM Apprenticeship certificate recognized by the Central Apprenticeship Council in Draftsman (Civil) trade with knowledge of Hindi upto Matric Standard. One year experience in relevant field after passing Apprenticeship examination Working knowledge of AUTOCAD. Apprenticeship certificate recognized by the Central Apprenticeship Council in Draftsman (Civil) trade with knowledge of Hindi/Sanskrit upto Matric Standard.
