NOTIFICATION MAHARASHTRA CIVIL COURTS ACT. No. CRC 2019/CR 142/Desk XII.— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 22A of the Maharashtra Civil Courts Act. (XIV of 1869) and in partial modification of all the earlier notification issued in this behalf, in so far as they relate to the Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Gangakhed and Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Parbhani, sub-ordinate to the District Court Parbhani; after consultation with the High Court of Judicature at Bombay, the Government of Maharashtra hereby directs that, from 1st January 2022,— (a) the villages of Revenue Taluka Manvat, specified in the Schedule appended herewith which were heretofore included within the local limits of the ordinary Jurisdiction of the Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division). Gangakhed in Parbhani District shall be excluded therefrom and be included within the local limits of the ordinary Jurisdiction of the Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Parbhani in Parbhani District ; and (b) all the matters of civil nature arising out of villages mentioned in the said schedule, pending before the said date in the Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Gangakhed in Parbhani District shall be withdrawn and transferred to the Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Parbhani in Parbhani District for disposal according to law.
