An Act ! ‘;:m” to amend the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly (Officers and ers Emoluments) Act, 1950 LLLPER Y Be it enacted by the Rajasthan State Legislature in the Twentieth Year of the Republic of India as follows :— T. Bhort title._This Act may be called the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly (Officers and Members Emoluments) (Second Amendment) Act, 1969. 2. Amendment of section 3, Rajasthan Act 6 of ]9_5’7.-—'In clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly (Officers and Members Emoluments) Act,1956 (Rajasthan Act 6 of 1957), for the words ““one thousand rupees”, the words ‘‘one thousand one - bundred and twenty five rupees”, shall be substituted. 3. Repeal.—The Rajasthan Legislative Assembly (Officers and Members Emoluments) (Amendment) Ordinance, 1969 (Ordinance 4 of & W) is hereby repealed.
