EXTRAORDINARY Published by Authority © Govt. of Haryana No. 75-2023/Ext.] CHANDIGARH, MONDAY, APRIL 24, 2023 (VAISAKHA 4, 1945 SAKA) fnukad 24 vizSy] 2023 HARYANA GOVERNMENT EXCISE AND TAXATION DEPARTMENT Notification The 24th April, 2023 No. 14/GST-2.— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 128 of the Haryana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (19 of 2017), the Governor of Haryana, on the recommendations of the Council hereby waives the amount of late fee referred in section 47 of the said Act, which is in excess of five hundred rupees for the registered persons who fail to furnish the final return in FORM GSTR-10 by the due date but furnish the said return between the period from the 1st day of April, 2023 to the 30th day of June, 2023.
