No. 87, Dated 07th December, 2020 - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Ordinance, 2019, the Government of Jharkhand hereby appoints the 1st day of September, 2020, as the date on which the provisions of section 10 of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Ordinance, 2019, shall come into force. 2. This notification shall be deemed to be effective from the 1st day of September, 2020.
