GOVERNMENT OF ARUNACHAL PRADESH DEPARTMENT OF TAX, EXCISE & NARCOTICS ITANAGAR Notification No. 89/2020 State Tax No. GST/23l2017lVol-II/q3O Dated ltanagar the 2l"t September, 2020 In exercise ofthe powers conferred by section l68A ofthe Arunachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act,20'17 (07 of20l7), read with section 20 of the Integrated Goods and Services Tax Act,2017 (13 of 2017), and section 2l ofthe Union Territory Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (14 of 2017), the Govemment, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Govemment of Arunachal Pradesh, Department of Tax, Excise & Narcotics, No. 33/2020-State Tax, dated the 3rd April, 2020, published in the Gazette of Arunachal Pradesh, Extraordinary, no.l63, Vol. XXVII, Naharlagun, Wednesday, June 10,2020, vide file no. GST/23/2017lVolJI, dated the 3'd April,2020, namely:- In the said notification, in the first paragraph, in clause (i), after the first proviso, the following proviso shall be inserted, namely: - "Provided further that where, any time limit for completion or compliance of any action, by any person, has been specified in, or prescribed or notified under sub-section (7) of section 3 I of the said Act in respect of goods being sent or taken out of India on approval for sale or return, wh ich falls during the period from the 20'h day of March, 2020 to the 30s day of October, 2020, and where completion or compliance of such action has not been made within such time, then, the time limit for completion or compliance of such action, shall stand extended upto the 3 l't day of October, 2020.". sd/- (Kanki Darang) Commissioner State Tax Memo No. CST /23 12017 lY ol-ll Copy to: - Dated Itanagar the 2l'1 September, 2020 1.-The Secretary (Law & Judicial), Govt. ofArunachal Pradesh, Itanagar for information\-/ please. 2.
