Bhopal, the 2™ June 2023 No. CT-4-0001-2022-Sec-1-V (CT) (18).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 70-A of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002), the State Government, hereby, makes the following further amendments in schedule I of the said Act, namely :— AMENDMENT Against serial number 47-A, in column (2), for the existing entry, the following entry shall be substituted, namely: — "Heritage liquor, as declared by the State Government under Section 4 of the Madhya Pradesh Excise Act, 1915."
