No. L-MISC/VI/1/2007.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 61 of the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board Act, 2006 (19 of 2006), the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board hereby makes the following regulations to amend the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Guiding Principles for Declaring or Authorizing Gas Pipeline as Common Carrier or Contract Carrier) Regulations, 2009, namely:-— i. Short title and commencement. (1) These regulations may be called the Petroleam and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Guiding Principles for Declaring or Authorizing Gas Pipeline as Common Carrier or Contract Carrier) Amendment Regulations, 2014. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In regulation 11 of the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Guiding Principies for Declaring or Authorizing Natural Gas Pipeline as Common Carrier or Contract Carrier) Regulations, 2009, for sub-clause (b), the following shall be substituted. namely:— “(b) If any question arises as to the interpretation of these regulations, the same shall be decided by the Board.”.
