Uttar Pradesh Shasan In pursuance of the provision of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of Government Notification no.-117/X]-2-22-9(47)/17-T.C.178-U.P. NOTIFICATION Lucknow: Dated: March 16, 2022 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (4) of rule 48 of the Uttar Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the Governor, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification No.-428/X1-2-9(47)/17_ U.P. Act-1-2017-Order-(106)-2020 Dated 30.04.2020, namely:- In the said notification, in the first paragraph, with effect from the 1 day of April, 2022, for the words “fifty crore rupees”, the words “twenty crore rupees” shall be substituted.
