Notification regarding declaration of areas infected with Avian Influenza H5N8 dt-08.01.2021

Haryana Government Gazette EXTRAORDINARY Published by Authority © Govt. of Haryana No. 4-2021/Ext.] CHANDIGARH, FRIDAY, JANUARY 8, 2021 (PAUSA 18, 1942 SAKA) HARYANA GOVERNMENT ANIMAL HUSBANDRY & DAIRYING DEPARTMENT Notification The 8th January, 2021 THE PREVENTION AND CONTROL OF INFECTIOUS AND CONTAGIOUS DISEASES IN ANIMALS ACT, 2009 No. AH-4-2021/160.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (1) of Section-6 read with Sub-section (1) and (2) of Section 7 of “The Prevention and Control of Infectious and Contagious Diseases in Animals Act, 2009 (27 of 2009)”, the Government of Haryana, hereby declares Siddharth Poultry Farm, Village Kheri, Block Raipur Rani, District Panchkula and Nature Poultry Farm, Dandlawar Village Ganauli, District Panchkula infected with Avian Influenza (H5N8). The 1 km. of radius from epicenters (Siddharth Poultry Farm, Village Kheri, Block Raipur Rani, Panchkula and Nature Poultry Farm, Dandlawar Village Ganauli, Panchkula) are declared as infected zone and further 1-10 Km. radius from the epicenter is declared a Surveillance zone. No birds, eggs or feed of avian species i.e. Poultry, Ducks, Turkey, Gunea Foul etc. shall be moved from the above described area to any other place.
