Notification regarding amendment of Rule 6 dated 29.12.2020

Dated: 29/12/2020 NOTIFICATION No. 8(9)/99/DAM/MR/2919 . - In exercise of the powers conferred by section 116 of the Delhi Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Act, 1998, Delhi (Act No. 07 of 1999), the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to amend the Delhi Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) General Rule, 2000, namely :- 1. Short title and Commencement. – (1) These rules may be called, the Delhi Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) General (Amendment) Rule, 2020. (2) It shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Delhi Gazette. 2. Amendment of rule 6. - In the Delhi Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) General Rule, 2000, in sub rule (1) of rule 6, for the words “one thousand rupees” occurring after the words “allowance of” and before the words “for attending” the words “two thousand rupees” shall be substituted.
