Haryana Government Gazette Published by Authority © Govt. of Haryana No. 41–2021] CHANDIGARH, TUESDAY, OCTOBER 12, 2021 (ASVINA 20, 1943 SAKA)  PART III Notifications by High Court, Advertisement, Notices and Change of Name etc. HARYANA STATE AGRICULTURAL MARKETING BOARD, PANCHKULA Notification The 4th October, 2021 No. ME-I/A-IV/2021/70163.— This is in-continuation of notification No. ME-IV-2021/69797 dated 30.9.2021 vide which labour rates were fixed. It was observed that during the past years unloading rates (to be born by seller) were fixed in range of Rs. 2.55 to Rs. 2.60 for 50kg. of paddy bag. However inadvertenly these rates for 50kg. bag were fixed at Rs. 2.17 in the above said notification. Now it is notified that the unloading rates for 50kg. bag of paddy mentioned at Sr. No. (i) in category ‘A’ commodity No. 2 of notification (i.e. unloading at Mandi Platform) to be born by the seller may be read as Rs. 2.60 in place of Rs. 2.17. These rates will be effective from 01.10.2021. Rest of the incidental charges as notified in the notification No. ME-I/A-IV/2021/69797 dated 30.9.2021 for 50kg./35kg./37.5kg. bag shall remain the same.
