(TO BE PUBLISHED IN PART IV OF THE DELHI GAZETTE EXTRAORDINARY) GOVERNMENT OF NATIONAL CAPITAL TERRITORY OF DELHI FINANCE (EXPENDITURE-I) DEPARTMENT Notification No. 12/2022-State Tax No. F.3 (31)/Fin.(Exp-I)/2022-23/DS-1/898 - In exercise of the powers conferred by section 128 of the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (3 of 2017), the Lieutenant Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of this Government issued vide Notification No. 73/2017-State Tax, dated the 31° January 2018, published in the Gazette of Delhi, Extraordinary, Part IV, vide number F.3 (80)/Fin(Rev-I)/2017-18/DS-VI/57, dated the 31® January 2018, namely :— In the said notification, in the sixth proviso, for the figures, letters and words —30th day of June, 2022, the figures, letters and words —28thday of July, 2022 shall be substituted. Note: The principal notification No. 73/2017-State Tax, dated the 31% January 2018, published in the Gazette of Delhi, Extraordinary, Part IV, vide number F.3 (80)/Fin(Rev- 1)/2017-18/DS-VI/57, dated the 31% January 2018 and was last amended, vide notification number 07/2022 — State Tax, dated the 22™ July, 2022, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part IV, vide no.
