No. 15, Dated 9th July, 2025:- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (iii) of section 1 of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2025 (Jharkhand Act 03, 2025), the Government of Jharkhand hereby appoints, — (a) the 1st day of October, 2024, as the date on which the provisions of sections 35 of the said Act shall be deemed to be effective; (b) the 1st day of April, 2025, as the date on which the provisions of sections 2 and 9 of the said Act shall be deemed to be effective.
