However, the Arthiya may sensitize the farme- to bring his produce to the Mandi after proper cleaning. In case of private purchase, the incidental charges indicated at Sr. No. (i) & (ii) shall be borne by seller & incidental charges from Sr. No. (iii) to (x) shall be borne by purchaser.
