Bhopal, the 20" September 2024 No. CF-8-0008-2024-Sec-1-V(Cl')(20)A—].|?exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (2) of Section 1 of the Madhya Pradesh (Second Amendment) Act, 2024 (17 of 2024), the State Government hereby appoints,— (a) the 1% day of October, 2024, as the date on which the provisions of Section 4 of the said Act, shall come into force; (b) the 1% day of April, 2025, as the date on which the provisions of Sections 2 and 3 of the said Act, shall come into force.
