Extension of Nagar Panchayat Subeha, Barabanki

IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution of India, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no. 3129/IX-1–2022-82 T.A.-22, dated October 13, 2022: No. 3129/IX-1–2022-82T.A.-22 Dated Lucknow, October 13, 2022 WHEREAS, Government notification no. 2487/IX-1-2022-82T.A.-22 dated September 13, 2022 was issued and published in the Gazette with a view to invite objections and suggestions from general public with respect to the inclusion of the areas specified in the Schedule below in the transitional area of Nagar Panchayat Subeha, District Barabanki as required by sub-section (1) section 4 of the Uttar Pradesh Municipalities Act, 1916 (U.P. Act no-II of 1916); AND, WHEREAS objections and suggestions received in pursuance of said notification were disposed of vide Government order no. 2892/IX-1-2022-82T.A.-22 dated September 27, 2022. NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers under clause (2) of Article 243-Q of the Constitution of India read with sub-Section (2) of Section 3 of the Uttar Pradesh Municipalities Act, 1916 (U.P. Act no. 2 of 1916) and in partial modification of Notification no. 4692/IX-1–01-11T0(54)-2001 dated October 9, 2001 and other previous notifications issued in this behalf, the Governor having regard to the population of the area, the density of the Population therein, the revenue generated for local administration, the percentage of employment in non-agricultural activities, the economic importance and such other factors is pleased to include the areas specified in Schedule below in the transitional area of Nagar Panchayat Subeha, district Barabanki for the purposes of Part IX-A of the Constitution of India. SCHEDULE Area being included in the transitional area of Nagar Panchayat Subeha in District Barabanki 1. Mohiuddin Saray The proposed Area is situated in North side of Nagar Panchayat Subeha where the Abadi of Mohiuddin Saray and Subeha Chakora road etc. included. Thalwara The proposed Area is situated in Western side of Nagar Panchayat Subeha where the Abadi of Tikuri and Ninduri included. Khanpur The proposed Area is situated in South side of Nagar Panchayat Subeha where Haidergarh Subeha road and Haidergarh Subeha canal included.
