No. NHAI/l1011/09/2009-HR.II.—In exercise Of the powers conferred by Section 35, read with Section 9, of the National Highways Authority of India Act, 1988 (68 of 1988), the National Highways Authority of India hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the National Highways Authority of India' (Recruitment, Seniority and Promotion) Regulations, .1996 namely:- 1. (i) i These regulations may be called the National Highways Authority of India (Recruitment, Seniority and Promotion) Amendment Regulations, 2011. (ii) .They shall come into force on the date oftheir publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the',Schedule -.to the National Highways Authority of India (Recruiunent, Seniority and Promotion) Regulations, 1996 (hereinafter referred to as the principal regulations), the Schedules prescribing the eligibility criteria and qualifications for the following posts shall be inserted, namely:— “Accountant” 3. In Schedule to the Principal regulations, the Schedule prescribing eligibility criteria and qualifications for the following posts shall be substituted, namely:~ , “Manager (F&A) RAJIV YADAV, Member (Admn.) Explanatory Memorandum : Anything done or omiteed to be done prior to notification of this amendment . shall not be affected by promulgation ofthis amendment.
