(Etie (Baxette of <3udia EXTRAORDINARY PUBUSHED BY AUTHORITY No. 129] NEW DELHI, WEDNESDAY, MARCH 19, 2008/PHALGUNA 29,1929 (Trawfinmr) MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Revenue) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 19thMarch, 2008 G.S.R. 195(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 9 of the Prevention of Illicit Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1988 (46 of 1988) and in supersession ofthe Notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue No. G.S.R. 240(E), dated 26th March, 2007 except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central Government hereby constitutes an Advisory Board for a period of one years, consisting of:— 2. Hon'ble Ms. Justice Rekha Sharma —Member 3. Hon'ble Mr. Justice Sanjiv Khanna —Member 2. This Notification shall come into force with effect from 23rd March, 2008.
