Based on the above announcement, in the letters read above, the Commissioner of Labour has sent the proposal for making necessary amendments to sub clause (1) of clause 24 of the Tamil Nadu Manual Workers Social Security and Welfare Scheme, 2006 and 16 other welfare schemes and sub-clause (1) of clause 17-A of the Tamil Nadu Manual Workers (Construction Workers) Welfare Scheme, 1994, to effect the aforesaid announcement of the Hon'ble Minister for Labour Welfare and Skill Development. 3. Accordingly, the appended Notification will be published in the Extraordinary issue of Tamil Nadu Government Gazette.
