Bhopal, the 26'h July 2022 No. F A 3-04-2022-1-V(52).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section [1 and sub- section (1) of section 16 of the Madhya Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (19 of 2017), the State Government, on the recommendations of the Council, following further amendments in this department’s notification No. F A 3-04-2022-1-V (23), dated 13th April 2022, namely:— In the said notification, in Table, against SI. NO. |, for the entry in column (3), the entry “Fly ash bricks, Fly ash aggregates; Fly ash blocks” shall be substituted. 2. This notification shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from (8th day of July. 2022. By order and in the name of the Governor of Madhya Pradesh,
