(TO BE PUBLISHED IN PART IV OF THE DELHI GAZETTE EXTRAORDINARY) GOVERNMENT OF NATIONAL CAPITAL TERRITORY OF DELHI FINANCE (EXPENDITURE-I) DEPARTMENT Notification No. 16/2022-State Tax No. F.3 (33)/Fin.(Exp-I)/2022-23/DS-1/900 — In exercise of the powers conferred under the proviso to sub-section (1) of section 10 of the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (3 of 2017), the Lieutenant Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of this Government issued vide Notification No.14/2019-State Tax, dated the 12" September, 2019, published in the Gazette of Delhi, Extraordinary, Part IV, vide number F.3(51)/Fin.(Rev-I)/2019-20/DS-V1/426, dated the 12" September, 2019, namely:- In the said notification, in the TABLE, against serial number 4, for the entry in column (3), the entry “Fly ash bricks; Fly ash aggregates; Fly ash blocks” shall be substituted. 2. This notification shall come into force on the 18" July, 2022. Note: - The principal notification No.14/2019- State Tax, dated the 12" September, 2019, published in the Gazette of Delhi, Extraordinary, Part IV, vide number F.3(51)/Fin.(Rev- I)/2019-20/DS-VI/426, dated the 12" September, 2019, and was last amended by notification No. 04/2022 — State Tax, dated the 27" June, 2022, published in the Gazette of Delhi, Extraordinary, Part IV, vide number F.3(09)/Fin.(Exp-I)/2019-20/DS-I/540, dated the of June, 2022, By Order and in the Name of the Lt.
