Constitution of Animal Certification Authority for implementation of Haryana Animal (Registration, Certification and Breeding) Act, 2019 under section 4(1)

(EXTRA.), AUG. 2, 2019 (SRVN. 11, 1941 SAKA) 2557 HARYANA GOVERNMENT ANIMAL HUSBANDRY & DAIRYING DEPARTMENT Notification The 2nd August, 2019 No. 3489(CFMS)-AH-4-2019/7928.— The Governor of Haryana is pleased to constitute an Animal Certification Authority for implementation of Haryana Animal (Registration Certification and Breeding) Act, 2019 under section 4(1) of the said Act consisting of the following members:- 1. Head of Animal Genetics and Breeding Department, LUVAS, Hisar. Chair person 2. Representative of Animal Husbandry & Dairying Department, Haryana, Veterinary Surgeon (incharge of IT) O/o Director General, Animal Husbandry & Dairying Department, Haryana, Panchkula. (presently Dr. Narender Thakral) Member 3. Representatvie from Animal Husbandry & Dairying, Department, Haryana not below the rank of Sub-Divisional Officer or eminent veterinarian with at least fifteen years experience. (presently Dr. Subash Jangra, Semen Bank Officer, Hisar) Member 4. One expert from Animal Genetics Deaprtment, LUVAS, Hisar with at least fifteen years experience. (presently Prof. D.S. Dalal, Animal Genetics Breeding) Member Secretary As per section 4(2) the head quarter of the authority shall be at LUVAS, Hisar and accordingly it shall open a bank account there itself.
