Establishment of a Civil Court presided over by Civil Judge (Senior Division) Igatpuri, Nashik.

NOTIFICATION Maharashtra Civil Courts Act. No. NYAYASTHA-0619/334/C.R.108/DESK-11.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 21, 22A and 23 of the Maharashtra Civil Courts Act (XIV of 1869), and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf, and in partial modification of all the earlier notifications issued in this behalf, in so far as they relate to the court of Civil Judge, Senior Division , Igatpuri in Nashik District Sub- ordinate to the District Court of Nashik, the Government of Maharashtra, hereby directs that, with effect from 22nd April,2023,–– (a) there shall be a Civil Court at Igatpuri in Nashik District sub-ordinate to the District Court, Nashik ; (b) the said Court shall be presided over by the Civil Judge, Senior Division, who shall hold his Court at Igatpuri in Nashik District and ; (c) the local limits of the ordinary jurisdiction of the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Igatpuri, Nashik, shall comprise of the local limits of the Revenue Tehsil of Igatpuri in Nashik District and the said tehsil which was heretofore included within the local limits of the ordinary jurisdiction of the Civil Judge, Senior Division, at Nashik shall be excluded therefrom.
