UTTAR PRADESH SHASAN STAMP EVAM REGISTRATION ANUBHAG-2 In pursuance of the provisions of clause ( 3 ) of Article 348 of the C onstitution, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of Government notification no. 16 /2023/848/94-S.R.-2-2023 dated 26 June, 2023 Notification Order No. 16 /2023/848/94-S.R.-2-2023 Lucknow, dated 26 June, 2023 In exercise of the powers under clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section 9 of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 (Act no. 2 of 1899) as amended from time to time, in its application to Uttar Pradesh read with section 21 of the General Clauses Act, 1897 (Act no. 10 of 1897), the Governor, is pleased to remit the Stamp Duty, Payable on the instrument to be executed in favour of UPSIDC purporting for transfer of 173.4292 hectares of land situated at village-Rahankala and 59.5219 hectares of land situated at village-Raipur, total 232.9511 hectares of land from the Agra Development Authority, for the purpose of establishment of Theme Park in District Agra.
