IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution of India, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no. Dated Lucknow, March 9, 1978 In exercise of the powers under item (a) of sub-clause (v) of clause (j) of section 2 of the U.P. Lokayukta and Up-Lokayuktas Act, 1975, the Governor is pleased to notify all – (1) Nagar Mahapalikas, (2) Nagarpalikas, (3) Zila Parishads, a. Kshettra Samitis, b. Town Area Committees, c. Notified Area Committees, d. Development Authorities, and e.
