NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (1) of Clause 4 of the Tripura Electricity Duty Ordinance, 2019. (The Tripura Ordinance No.2 of 2019), it is notified for general information of all concemed that the State Government has approved the rate of Electricity Duty on the aggregate value of energy charges and fixed charges as specified in column (3) read with relevant details specified in column (2) of the Table below~ Table Sl. Further, in exercise of the powers conferred under the proviso to sub-clause (3) of Clause 4 of the Tripura Electricity Duty Ordinance, 2019, the State Govemme.]1t, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, here by exempts the- (i) levy of Electricity Duty for all Kutirjyoti Connection holders. (ii) levy of Electricity Duty for all category of domestic consumers whose aggregate monthly bill amount does not exceed four hundred rupees. (iii)levy of Electricity Duty on such licensees who are generators of electrical energy to the extent of supplies made to the Tripura State Electricity Corporation Limited. 3.
