In partial modification of this Ministry's Notification No. G.S.R. 195(E) dated 16th March, 2010 (F. No. 674/1/2005-Cus.-VIII) and in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 8 of the Conservation of Foreign Exchange and Prevention of Smuggling Activities Act, 1974 (52 of 1974), the Central Government hereby re-constitutes an Advisory Board for a period with effect from 25th May, 2010 to 26th June, 2010, consisting of :— 2.
