No. 8] NEW DELHI, WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 6, 1999/PAUSA 16, 1920 fan M*IIWAI 28 GI/99 (1) MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Revenue) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 6th January, 1999 G.S.R. 15(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 9 of the Prevention of Illicit Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1988 (No. 46 of 1988), and in supersession of the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) GSR 660(E) dated the 3rd July, 1992 except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central Government hereby constitutes an Advisory Board consisting of :— 1. Hon'ble Mr. Justice Arun Kumar, Chairman. 3. Hon'ble Mr. Justice Vijender Jain; Member. J. L. SA WHNEY, Under Secy.
