Ut. sitareta, stafaa. 468 Tee wera, feata 28 AE 2021 Bhopal, the 28th May 2021 No. F A 3-90-2017-1-V-(21).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 15 of the Madhya Pradesh Motor Spirit Upkar Adhiniyam, 2018 (No. 11 of 2018), the State Government, hereby, makes the following amendments in the Madhya Pradesh Motor Spirit Upkar Niyam, 2018, namely :— AMENDMENTS In the said rules,— (1) In rule 5, for the figures and words “0045—other taxes and duties on commodities and service— 112”, the figures and words “0040—taxes on sales, trade etc—112”, shall be substituted. (2) In Form C-1, for the figures and words “0045-—other taxes and duties on commodities and service—112”, the figures and words “0040—taxes on sales, trade etc.—112”, shall be substituted. 2.
